Visit to my friend!

Yesterday I manage to take off in the afternoon and make a trip to my friend Naseera's place. She recently had an accident and when I found out I was in Cape Town.
The day I reached home I immediately went to see her and she really was not in good shape. Even though she would tell everyone that she is fine and its just a few scratches , I saw the pain behind the smile.
The moment I found out she had an accident I went cold, the idea of my friend ( more of a sister than a friend) getting hurt build an immediate cold spot on the pit of my tummy.
Believe it or not , we both have been friends since pre primary, thats about 22years of friendship this year.
She really is my better half and one of the most amazing people I know.
After I got married , it had become difficult to find time to spend with her. But this incident really opened my eyes. She really holds a big part of my life.
Friendship is earned unlike every other relationship. I truly am blessed to have Naseera as my right hand girl.

Drive to Cape Town - Part 3

The first two photos were taken just below Table Mountain
These photos show the most part of Cape Town. The main attractions.
The next few photos are in a place called Harmanus. It was about half to 45 min drive from central Cape Town. This is the place where people come from all over for Whale watching. Unfortunately I was not there in the season of this attraction, its during the end of September. However I was lucky enough to see many dolphins and baby seals here.
Believe it or not but this above pic I did take it. I was at the edge of this rocky feature. Beautiful.
This above pict and bottom one, was taken on the same rocky feature but on different sides.

This is the beach where we chilled and had our braai.

The Drive to Cape Town - PART ONE

 Capturing a little sunlight

 Vines are really beautiful
We couldnt have asked for better weather

BACK FROM THE CAPE!!!

It's good to be back home!

Well for the next few days I will be posting many many pics of the places I have seen at Cape Town, it really was a great holiday.
But as a dedication to my family I would like to first post the pics I got of the Three Sisters.
These pictures are taken on the way to the Cape, which is a 14hour drive from Johannesburg, my family look forward to seeing these three identicle hills.
Just so its clear, we did not name them , this place is really known as the Three Sisters.
Pics are a bit clear but unfortunately my camera did not get all three hills together but I will name them as I go along.

                                                                  This is the first sister

                                                   The first sister(left) , second sister(right back)
The second sister(left back) and third sister right
Due to erosion, the structure of each one has changed but once these hills were identicle so identicle that is was a miracle of nature. Even after so many years it looks beautiful.
I really hoped to catch all three sisters but alas the journey had to go on.
